As I continue to explore different locations with different buyers, it is interesting to see the price ranges in each area. See below for a price comparison for some of the places where I have recently looked at active condo listings in Hudson County:

ONE BEDROOMS:
Hoboken
units = 135
ave. price = $420,285
Secaucus
units = 7
ave. price = $340,959
Union City
units = 61
ave. price = $226,104
Weehawken
units = 18 (of the 18 units, 12 are in Riva Pointe which has an average of $643,824)
ave. price = $549,922 (including Riva Pointe)
West New York
units = 67
ave. price = $253,870

TWO BEDROOMS:
Hoboken
units = 304
ave. price = $636,224
Secaucus
units = 35
ave. price = $430,801
Union City
units = 105
ave. price = $336,307
Weehawken
units = 39 (of which 16 are in Riva Pointe at a median price of $812,000)
ave. price = $835,217
West New York
units = 58
ave. price = $544,578
