This complex is called the Columbus. It was built in 2001 and consists of two twin six-story buildings with 87 units. It is located at 400 9th Street (between Grand and Adams). I went to a brokers open house today to see a studio, approx 511 sq ft, listed at $319,000. There is another unit listed on the MLS in this building which is a one bedroom, approx 705 sq ft, listed at $435,000.
