Free Homebuyer Seminar in Hoboken

Together with Gess Gess & Sconlon law offices, Regional Home Inspection and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Empire Realty Group LLC will be hosting their 2nd Spring Series Home Buying Seminar:

May 7th at 6:30pm at 407 Washington Street in Hoboken.

The seminar will concentrate on Hoboken Real Estate, inclujding a brief introductino on the History of Hoboken. Topics to be discussed will include the process of buying a home, qualifying for a mortgage (with on-site pre-approval), home inspections and the legal process.

Focusing on the current market in Hoboken, attendees will be able to meet with an attorney, home inspector, mortgage consultant and realtors. The seminar will last approximately 1.5 hours and there will be a q&a session at the end. Refreshments will be served.
