The Hudson County MLS posts daily information on new listings, expired listings, closed properties, withdrawn properties, price changes, etc..
See below for some postings in Hoboken on todays hotsheet:
6 new listings consisting of the following:
1 single family for $1,475,000
1 investment for $3,250,000
4 condo's from $295,000 to $619,900
There was a price reduction on a unit in the Sky Club (700 1st St.), from $614,900 reduced to $598,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, approx 1,201 square feet.
The above is only a small "highlight" of todays information, there were a lot of other new listings for Hudson County posted today.
