An "informed but informal" place to find real estate information
The newest Starbucks is now open at 314 Washington Street. Stopped by this afternoon for a coffee and the place was packed. It's definitely on a very active part of Washington Street, I think it's going to do well. And they do have good timing as Dunkin Donuts which is close by is currently closed for renovations.
