median = $430,900

Under contract listings = 68 units (below prices are list price not sold)
high = $900,000 (at Maxwell Place, 966 sq ft with direct NYC views)
low = $270,000
average = $433,322
median = $394,750

28 of the 135 active listings are in the 650-750 sq ft size range, pricing as follows:
high = $630,000
low = $279,900

15 have laundry in the unit
