Finally had a chance to stop by the sales office at Canco Lofts in Jersey City.  Canco Lofts, at the former American Can Company site is located at 50 Dey Street (9 blocks from the Journal Square Path station).  This former industrial facility has become a modern, sleek condo complex with enormous windows and soaring ceilings.  The lobby was really impressive as you can see from my photo or click on the below link to see a more complete description of this recent residential project.
