Took my dog Roxy to a new pet groomer this week in Jersey City located at 140 Bay Street.  If you are looking for a new place to groom your dog, check this one out.  They did a nice job, it was easy to park when I went to pick her up and the owner was very helpful in calming her when she freaked out after she was dropped off.
