Week 2
home inspection
Week 3
notify seller of home inspection results
Week 4 - 6
wait for mortgage loan approval
Week 6 - 8
Buyer receives mortgage loan approval, buyer's attorney sends title work to mortgage lender for review
Week 8 - 10
Mortgage lender approves title work and schedules closing. Buyer obtains hazard/liability insurance. Buyer does final walk-through inspection
