How's the market? Lately there is much speculation when you are asked this question. So, lets look at the facts...what has actually sold this month and how much did it sell for.




October 2005 - Average sale price for condominiums

Hoboken Sales:
one bedroom: 11 sold, ave. sale price = $416,427 ave. price per sq ft = $588
two bedroom: 29 sold, ave. sale price = $627,603 ave. price per sq ft = $535
three bedroom:4 sold, ave. sale price =$600,600 ave. price per sq ft = $533

Jersey City Sales:
one bedroom: 10 sold, ave. sale price = $359,670 ave. price per sq ft = $507
two bedroom: 13 sold, ave. sale price = $535,192 ave. price per sq ft = $464
three bedroom: 2 sold, ave. sale price =$705,000 ave. price per sq ft = $445

Weehawken Sales:
one bedroom: 2 sold, ave. sale price = $327,500 ave. price per sq ft = $456
two bedroom: 1 sold, ave. sale price = $482,500 ave. price per sq ft = $353
